I received my Masters in Counseling from George Fox University in 2010. After working in the community mental health setting, I have attained both my Oregon and Washington counseling license. I have received a two year training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and have experience working with diverse populations in a variety of mental health settings.
I wear many hats in my life in addition to being a therapist. I’m a wife, mother, friend, sister and daughter. I love spending time with my family, gardening vegetables, staying active in the outdoors, and sipping on tea with friends.
